RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

At Jishinman we make every effort possible to ensure customer satisfaction. If we've fallen short, please follow our simple return and refund policy below.

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Order changes and cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of the time the order was placed. If you'd like to change or cancel your order, email us as soon as possible at support@jishinman.com. Please note that after 24 hours the order has already left our warehouse and cannot be changed or cancelled.  

EXCHANGES & REPLACEMENTS

If you're not satisfied with an item, in most cases we can process a free replacement or exchange without requiring a return. In order to qualify for a free replacement or exchange:

  • It must be within 30 days of receiving the item
  • It must be the first replacement/exchange of an item

Please note that free replacements/exchanges are limited to one use per order. Items can be exchanged for the same item or another item of equal or lesser value.

To request a replacement or exchange, just email us at support@jishinman.com with your order number and reason for exchange or replacement. 

Your first exchange is always 100% free. 

PERFECT FIT GUARANTEE:

If an item doesn't fit correctly, we'll replace it with the correct size free of charge within 30 days of receipt. Just send us an email with your order information and the size you'd like to replace it with and we'll ship you out a replacement ASAP. No need to return original items. Limited to one use per item.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Items may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of receipt.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURN/REFUND:

In order for an item to be eligible for a return/refund, it must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as when you received it
  • In its original packaging, with tags still attached

RESPONSIBILITY FOR SHIPPING COST:

  • Jishinman will be responsible for return shipping cost for products with a manufacturing defect, incorrect items, or items damaged upon receipt. Simply send us a photo/video of the issue to support@jishinman.com and we will process a replacement or provide a return shipping label free of charge. Make sure to contact us within 30 days from delivery date.
  • The buyer will be responsible for return shipping cost for returns due to incorrect size selection or personal preference.

REFUNDS

Refunds are processed within 3 business days of receipt of returns. Once we receive the returned item, we will send you an email notifying you of the receipt. Once the refund has been processed, please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
